Title IX and Sexual Violence
The policy offers resources that are available to individuals who have been victims of sexual violence and sexual misconduct, as well as procedures to follow in reporting incidents of sexual violence and sexual misconduct.
The policy applies to any allegation of sexual violence or sexual misconduct made by or against a 91自拍 student or a 91自拍 staff or faculty member on campus, College centers or in any College-sponsored activity on or off campus/centers.
Reports of sexual violence or sexual misconduct will be taken seriously and addressed in accordance with 91自拍 policies or Texas Criminal Codes that are relevant to the committed act.
Sexual violence and sexual misconduct are forms of sex discrimination prohibited by . Title IX also prohibits retaliation against people for making or participating in complaints of sex discrimination.
