This introductory training course is designed to prepare students for the practical challenges of the operating room's perioperative setting. It covers eight introductory topics, equipping students with the knowledge and skills to support the safe passage of patients through the perioperative area. The course also provides an evidence-based perioperative care foundation, ensuring that any healthcare professional is competent in understanding and applying best practices for patients undergoing surgery.
